Our team has been working diligently to prepare them, but due to some delays they will be sent out later than usual. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we finalize everything. To ease any concerns, please know that we will be waiving late fees for this billing cycle. Rest assured, the bills will be on their way soon, and you will have plenty of time to review them once they arrive. New office location and contact information! We are now located at 8334 Hwy 171, Grand Cane, LA., and our new telephone number is 318-618-0306. This information will also be included on the upcoming bill. For payments, residents can pay in office, online at trafficpayment.com, or mail to P.O. Box 75, Grand Cane, LA 71032. We are diligently working to make adjustments in order to serve the residents more efficiently, and we appreciate your patience.
