Paper Bills

As I was stamping bills to be mailed I discovered a misprint.  Due to this misprint, bills won't be mailed this month.  All bills can be accessed online at www.grandcanewater.com and can be paid online, mailed to PO Box 94, or dropped at the red drop box by the water tower.  If you need/want to know the meter reading for this month's bill, or have an issue with your account please TEXT your name, address & account number (if available) to 318-455-4078 & I will get the information to you asap. 

If your account balance is unusually high please double check your meter...if ALL water is off in your home (including running toilets) and your meter is spinning then you more than likely have a leak.  If everything is off and the meter is NOT running then you should not have a leak.
