Some customers may notice higher water bills now and moving forward compared to previous months. This is due to old or broken meters that were not accurately calculating water usage. New meters have been installed and are now working correctly, which may result in bills that reflect actual usage for the first time in a while.

BILLS HAVE BEEN MAILED FOR THIS LAST TIME — GOING FORWARD, BILLS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE ONLINE.
You must access your bill at www.GrandCaneWater.com.
You can still pay your bill by:
- Mailing your payment
- Dropping it off in the red drop box
- Paying online through the website
